Reading!

Yesterday I found Aiden, as I often do, reading in his book nook. I had been taking a shower and told him that he should play toys instead of watching a show on T.V. Well I somewhat thought that he would just wait for me to turn on the shower and then run in my room and turn on the T.V. Well I got out of the shower and heard nothing. So I got on a robe and looked around the corner into his room and there he was reading away. I ran down as stealthily as I could (considering our stairs are so steep) and came back up and got this quiet footage. He was not happy with me filming him or taking pictures(umm, sound like me).

I am so happy that Aiden loves to read. Right now his favorite is called "White Dynamite and Curly Kidd" Jay got it at the ARC,a second hand store here, and Aiden wants to read it constantly. Aiden loves to go to story time and hear someone else read. He is such a fun little man. He really makes me happy.

I wanted to add two of Aiden's darnedest things. The other day after getting into the car after playing at the park with some friends, he says, " Mom, my heart is so busy. Its 'cause I was running." He is so fast. If you know him you know he is super fast. (and I believe that that is why my heart feels like it does when I attempt to run like I did in high school). Also, yesterday he decided to sing to me "You are so beautiful to me, can't you see, you're everything I wike(like), you are so beautiful mommy" He just melts my heart.
