Mr. Fix It Lives At My House!

So this last Saturday was a dreary day and a day I wanted to get some things done around the house. My priority was our shower. For 2 years, we have been dealing with a leaky faucet in the shower and have delayed fixing it for some reason or another. Well we got the parts and Jay and Aiden went to work. It took only 40 minutes and they were done. I even convinced Jay to get a new shower head that he also installed. It was an easy fix and makes me wonder why we didn't do it sooner. Jay and Aiden were so cute working together and wearing those purple work gloves. Aiden loves to wear them.
I am so grateful for such a wonderful husband and best friend. He is so thoughtful and willing. He amazes me with his desire to serve and love those around him. He is such an example to me and Aiden. Aiden adores his daddy and I hope he acquires his work ethic and need to serve others. I know that fixing a shower may seem so minor, and it was, but it was so nice to have someone around to fix it and do it so willingly. My life is so blessed because of Jay.
Sorry for the gushy post. Bytheway, my new shower head ROCKS and I LOVE not have a leaky faucet to worry about. THANKS BABE!

It is a good thing there is more than one Mr. fix it because I have one at my house too - I love it when he fixes stuff.

Gushy posts are ok. It may seem like a minor thing, but when it effects you every day - it becomes more than minor I think! Glad it got fixed! Here's to great husbands!

I am sure being Mr. Fixit wouldn't be nearly as fun without the purple gloves!
